I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the entrance of the national park. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even arranged tickets for me and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions. The room was luxurious and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the nice air conditioner. The hotel restaurant was also great, and as a guest, I received a 20% discount.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel near Zhangjiajie Natural Park and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly, they offered us delicious breakfast every day and gave us recommendations about the best places to visit around. , the hotel provided us with free bottled water and fruits which was a really nice touch. The location was perfect since we were just a few minutes away from the entrance to the park and the transportation service was really good.

The hotel had no Christmas decorations which made it feel less festive. some of the staff didn't speak much English which made it a bit difficult to communicate with them.

The hotel's soundproofing was perfect, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional butler service and the manager, Paul, personally welcoming us at the airport. In the afternoon, we were treated to a delightful tea experience, where they explained how it was prepared. The hotel even upgraded our room! I highly recommend Suoxishanju Light Luxury Resort for an unforgettable experience in Zhangjiajie.
